报名截止可以延长到7月10日，不过费用更高
报名费可以通过支票或money order或这信用卡(VISA, MasterCard, or American Express)支付。
超过100美元的费用，可以采用支票和money orders方式的话，the entry fee is at least $100.00. The check or money order must be drawn on U.S.
correspondent banks only and be in U.S. dollars.
如果费用少于100美元，可以采用信用卡支付
If the entry fee is less than $100.00 for an
international entry, you must pay by credit card.
具体费用如下：
● Feature Film (category 1) $100.00
● Feature Length Documentary (category 2) $80.00
● Short Subject - under 30 minutes (category 3) $50.00
● Short Subject - 30 minutes – 60 minutes (category 4) $60.00
● Student Productions (categories 1-4) $30.00
如果是邮戳日期在6-26至7-10的话，费用为：
Entries postmarked June 26 - July 10,
2009 must pay the following late entry fee:
● Feature Film (category 1) $200.00
● Feature Length Documentary (category 2) $150.00
● Short Subject - under 30 minutes (category 3) $70.00
● Short Subject - 30 minutes – 60 minutes (category 4) $80.00
● Student Productions (categories 1-4) $50.00

报名说明：
1、影片之前不能在芝加哥或美国电话上放映过，网络放映也不行。
2、必须是在2008年8月1日后完成的影片
3、必须是完成的影片。
4、以前报名过本电影节的影片不可以参加本届
5、可以用DVD（N或P）提交影片。胶片、磁带之类的不要。每个DVD上都要标明片名
6、影片的音乐、图像及其他内容都应该是合法版权的。
7、可以允许电影节使用片花片段在电视、电台、印刷之类的电影节活动中。
8、必须提交了所有资料才能生效报名（报名表、费用、DVD）
10、同时要提交打印的或书写的报名表。
11、学生作品必须提交学生证明。
12、作品格式为：35mm,Beta SP,数字BETA以及HD的均可以。
