楠和鹏是很久没有见面的好朋友,两个人的女朋友也是好朋友,他们的女朋友约好四个人在湖边碰头一块坐坐。
楠和鹏先到了约好的地点,两个人口渴了一块去买可乐,两个人在路上互踢着一只可乐罐来打破沉默的气氛,经过一条狭长的胡同两个人找到了最佳的交流方式,出了胡同口鹏不小心把易拉罐踢在别人身上,别人的反应又让两个人又回到刚见面的状态,两个人始终在找一种方法在交流,最后这种交流被双方来的女朋友给打破,两个人被迫终止寻找。萌萌全片都在寻找一个人,寻找能与他相通能交流的人,经过几次他最后找到一个对话的人。。。

Synopsis:
Nan and Peng are good friends who have not seen each other for a long time. They have an appointment one day to hang out together beside a lake with their girlfriends, who are also good friends with each other. Peng and Nan get to the meeting spot first and find they have little to say but are thirsty so they go off to buy a soda. The silence between them is broken as they kick the empty soda can between them through an alleyway. As they kick the can along between each other, they find themselves involved in a harmonious exchange. But as they are leaving the alleyway they accidently kick the can into a stranger, whose reaction returns the two friends back to the original reason why they were there to meet in the first place. The two people from the beginning to the end are looking for a way to communicate. In the end their search and brief exchange is broken and abandoned when their girlfriends show up. The meaning of the entire film is the search for a person with which one feels a special exchange and understanding. In the end, through perseverance such a someone may be found...

我没有像一般的电影那样特注重讲故事,而是通过丢弃了的易拉罐,可乐等物件细节讲故事,想把这个故事拍成一个诗化的电影。两个男人现在的情感和以前的情感均由于社会的原因被埋没,但两个人还是心里丝丝切切,忘不了对方,即使各自有了女朋友也一样。两个男人走进狭窄胡同,两个人在这一段时间里是回归了两个人的世界,在胡同里的戏耍在这个暂时没有社会压力的情况下,两个人把自己的埋没的情感释放了出来,当鹏把那个让他们快乐的易拉罐踢出了这个胡同,抛向人群砸在一大妈时,那大妈大骂了一声,“你丫有病啊”看似无意的话,把整个故事的内涵和外延都点到了,两个男人和社会,责任呢~~易拉罐是两个男人戏耍的点,快乐的交流方式。同时这个点又在社会中存在,成了别人注视他们的引子,而在别人眼里就是以没用的该仍在垃圾箱里的垃圾。最后楠和鹏想说些什莫,在很多不理解的情况下确实那么的无力,当两个女孩到来后打破了这个局面,两个男人又回到了他们在社会中的角色,他俩的生活似乎已成过去或定局,有些人还在寻找……

Director’s Statement:
The traditional narrative way of telling a story is not especially appealing to me in my own work. Personally I would rather take a common object such as a soda can or piece of trash that one might find on the street and somehow tell a story that is more poetically meaningful. In this film, two men find an emotional harmony together that was previously buried by the pressures of fitting in with social norms. They are instead compelled to follow a path that their hearts lead them down. Even though they each have a girlfriend the feelings they experience with each other remain the same. The two men enter a narrow alley, and they exist for a while together in a world that is their own. In this alleyway, as they happily kick a can along between each other the two of them brush with a freedom they can only find in a private world where the pressures of society do not exist. When the can is accidently kicked into an old lady, the two are reproached and censured by her words as she tells them that they must be crazy. It seems that these words have brought the meaning of the story to completion, as the two men have finally run against the walls of social normalcy, blame, and responsibility. With a soda can the two men found a way of exchange and happiness. But as this has simultaneously taken place at the center of society, they have found themselves pulled back by the attentive gaze and judgment of others who judge their behavior as they would rubbish that should be put away with the rest of the garbage. In the end Nan and Peng feel powerless in the judgment of the majority, and what they found moments ago crumbles completely as their girlfriends arrive. The two men once again return to their previous places in society as if nothing had happened, but there are others who will continue the search…
